Service Policies

Please review these policies before submitting an appointment request. Checking the box on the form confirms that you’ve read and agree to the terms below.

Booking & Retainers

  • Interior Decorating: A non-refundable $200 retainer is due at booking for In-Home Consultations. A non-refundable $100 retainer is due at booking for Virtual Consultations. This retainer secures your consultation and is applied toward the total project cost.

  • In-Home Staging Consultations & Photography: Payment in full is due after the appointment is confirmed and before the scheduled date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Services with a retainer: Retainers are non-refundable. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Services paid in full at booking (no retainer):

    • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the appointment will receive a 75% refund (25% fee).

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund (50% fee).

Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, electronic transfer, or check (details provided upon confirmation).

  • For interior decorating projects: 50% of the total balance is due upon client approval of decorating plan, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project.

Appointment Expectations

  • Please ensure that the homeowner is home and available at the scheduled time.

  • Pets must be secured during in-home visits and photography sessions.

Communication

  • After you submit the form, I will contact you by your preferred method within 24 hours to confirm details and schedule the appointment.
